Vyachaslau Yanyuk was accused of mass riots under Part 1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code.
The trial took place in the Kastrychnitski District Court of Hrodna on June 23, 2023. Judge Marharyta Lantsevich found Yanyuk guilty of organization of riots and sentenced him to five years in a medium-security penal colony.
On August 18, 2023, he was included in the list of persons involved in extremist activities.
