According to pro-government Telegram channels, Valiantsin Shtermer was detained for comments, including criticism of the military invasion of Ukraine and insulting Russian citizens, by which he allegedly “tried to incite national hatred.”
Insults against Lukashenka are also reported.
He is charged with Art. 130, Art. 361-1, Art. 368 of the Criminal Code.
