Tsimur Pipiya, a football fan of the MTZ-RIPA club, was detained on September 25, 2020 in Minsk on suspicion of organizing riots on September 23, after the secret inauguration of Aliaksandr Lukashenka.
He was in the status of a suspect under Part 1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code, but charged under Part 1 of Art. 342, Part 2 of Art. 293 and Art. 364 of the Criminal Code for the events of August 10 and September 23, as well as under Art. 419.
Tsimur was eventually sentenced to 6 years 3 months and 2 days in a medium-security penal colony.
