Siarhei Chyzheuski was charged under Part 1 of Article 130 (incitement of racial, national, religious or other social discord), Part 1 of Article 342 (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order), Part 1 of Article 367 (slander against Lukashenka), Part 2 of Article 368 (insulting Lukashenka).
On March 20, 2024, Judge Aleh Kharoshka sentenced Siarhei to two years and eight months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
