Yauhen Pryvalau is a defendant in a criminal case against participants in the Telegram channel "Army Together With the People". Pryvalau was charged under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (preparation for participation in riots) and under Part 3 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (training of participants in riots).
Prior to the trial, which lasted from April 20 to May 7, 2021, Pryvalau was free. He was taken into custody in the courtroom after the verdict was announced. The defendant was sentenced to four and a half years in a medium-security penal colony.
