- Art. 361-1 of the Criminal Code — Creation of an extremist formation, or participation in it
- Art. 367 of the Criminal Code — Slander against the President of the Republic of Belarus
- Article 361-3 of the Criminal Code — Participation or preparing to participate in hostilities on foreign soil by a Republic of Belarus citizen
Sentence: 6 years

Aliaksandr Kulikou was detained immediately after returning from abroad. Kulikou was accused of insulting Aliaksandr Lukashenka (Part 2 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code) and slandering him (Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code).
On July 13, 2023, Leninsky District Court of Mahiliou found Kulikou guilty. Judge Natallia Panasenka sentenced him to three years in a general-security penal colony.
He is now in pre-trial detention center of Mahiliou (prison No. 4).
On October 20, 2023, the Ministry added Aliaksandr to the "list of extremists".
On December 6, 2023, the Mahiliou Regional Court began a new trial against Kulikau in closed session. He is charged with:
- Art. 361-1 - creation of an extremist formation or participation in it;
- Art. 361-3 - participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation or armed conflict, military actions, recruitment or preparation of persons for such participation.
- Art. 361-5 - training or other preparation for participation in extremist activities.
On December 12, BT broadcast a propaganda film about Kulikau, who talks about his attempt to join the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment and his military training near Kiev.
On July 1, 2024, trial was held on changing the regime of Aliaksandr's detention to prison. The outcome of the trial is still unknown.
