Illia Naryshkin was convicted under Part 1 of Article 13, Part 1 of Article 361-3, Part 1 of Article 14, Part 2 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code. The case was considered by Judge Yury Kazakevich in closed mode from July 22 to August 14, 2024 in Hrodna Regional Court. Illia was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment. He must also pay 600 basic units of fine (24 thousand rubles).
On September 6, 2024, he was added to the list of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.
