Artur Piadzko is a leading engineer of the Minskenergo state energy provider. He is accused of leaking personal information of more than 500 officials to protest Telegram channels. He was charged under Part 6 of Art. 16 and Part 3 of Art. 130 of the Criminal Code of Belarus ('Assistance in inciting enmity committed by a group of persons').
Piadzko was taken into custody.
