Vital Leskavets, an IT specialist, was arrested for making donations to help Ukraine.
His trial began on August 22, 2024. Leskavets is charged under two articles - "Financing or other material support of war" (Part 2 of Article 361-3 of the Criminal Code) and "Financing an extremist formation" (Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code).
