Anatol Starasvetski is the husband of political prisoner Vitaliya Bandarenka. After a short visit with Vitaliya, he was arrested near the exit of the penal colony and sent to the temporary detention center in Homieĺ. It is known that the man is now in pre-trial detention center No.1 in Minsk.
He is charged under Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code (promoting extremist activities).
