Dzmitry Alkhovik was convicted under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official), Part 2 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code (violence or threats against a public official or another person performing public duties), Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code (insulting Lukashenka). On January 23, 2024, the case was considered by Judge Volha Tsarik. The court decided to send Dzmitry to a psychiatric hospital.
