Viktoryia Zhdanovich is a software engineer. She is accused of participating in 2020 protests, blocking traffic, and subscribing to ‘extremist’ Telegram channels. She was arrested together with her partner, political prisoner Raman Bahryi.

She was placed in pre-trial detention center.

On October 26, 2022, Zhdanovich was found guilty of ‘group actions that grossly violate the public order’ (Article 342 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to 12 months of restricted freedom under home confinement.
