Vadzim Nautsenia was sentenced to three years' imprisonment and fined 200 basic units (8,000 rubles).

On September 27, 2024, he was convicted in Brest Regional Court under five criminal articles: Part 1 of Article 342 (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them), Article 369-1 (discrediting Belarus), Part 1 of Article 368 (insulting Lukashenka), Article 369 (insulting a government official), Article 130 (inciting other social discord). The trial was conducted by Judge Dzmitry Karasinski.
