On October 28, 2022, the Gomel Regional Court sentenced Uladzislau Voina to two years of imprisonment in a penal colony. He was found guilty of 'participating in extremist activities' under Part 1 of Art. 361-4 of the Criminal Code for sending a video of airplanes to a Telegram channel arbitrarily recognized as an extremist formation.
