Uladzimir Ramanouski was arrested in Babruisk for taking part in the "feeding pigeons" protest on May 9, 2020. Around 15 individuals were arrested by riot police in the city on that day. Vladimir is a parent with a dependent child.

On November 21, 2023, Ramanouski was found guilty for publicly insulting Lukashenka on social media (Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code). He was sentenced to two years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony. The trial took place at the Court of Babruisk District and the City of Babruisk. Judge Andrei Litvin presided over the case.
