Uladzimir Mashkouski was found guilty by the Mozyr District Court of Homieĺ Region, under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 367, Part 1 of Article 342, Part1 of Article 368, and Article 369 of the Criminal Code. Judge Valiantsina Novikava sentenced Mashkouski to two years and six months of imprisonment. The trial took place from March 23 to April 19, 2023.
On June 9, 2023, the Homieĺ Regional Court held an appeal. Uladzimir was sent to penal colony No. 1 in Navapolaсk.
On July 7, 2023, he was added to the list of individuals involved in extremist activities, including Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens, and stateless persons.
In early October 2023, Uladzimir was sent to penal colony No. 17.
Uladzimir has three children - one son and two young daughters.
