Yury Prakharenka, a citizen from Homieĺ, was charged under Articles 369, 368 and 391 of the Criminal Code for insulting a representative of the authorities, insulting the President and insulting a judge, accordingly.
The man was charged with insulting 23 persons, including Aliaksandr Lukashenka, government officials, police officers and prosecutors.
As a result, Yury Prakharenka was sentenced to compulsory psychiatric treatment.
