Tatsiana Nekrashevich, a journalist, was born in Baranavičy, Brest region, and has lived in Minsk for the past few years. Previously, she worked in the Intex-press newspaper in Baranavičy and at the CTV (Capital Television) state-owned TV channel.
In mid-March 2023, Tatsiana Nekrashevich and her daughter Maryia Nekrashevich were arrested.
Tatsiana Nekrashevich is accused under Article 342 of the Criminal Code ('Active participation in actions grossly disrupting public order').
The trial of the mother and daughter is to begin on May 29, 2023, in the Saviecki District Court of Minsk. Judge Alena Zhukovich will consider the case.
