Radzivon Kachatkou graduated from the Belarusian National Technical University in Minsk. In his university years, he was fond of basketball and streetball. He lived abroad for some time and then decided to return to Belarus. Soon, on December 6, 2022, he was arrested by GUBAZiK (Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption ). He was accused of 'inciting other social hatred and enmity' under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code for several comments posted in 2020.
On February 21, 2023, prosecutor Henadz Bury requested that Kachatkou be sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general security penal colony.
On February 23, 2023, in the Brest Regional Court, Judge Siarhei Bieraziuk sentenced Radzivon Kachatkou to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general security penal colony.
