Pavel Niadbaila

Pavel Niadbaila, a resident of Svietlahorsk, was detained on September 29, 2020 as part of a criminal case of mass riots.

He was charged under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code, "mass riots", and the period of his pre-trial detention was extended by two months.

On July 19, 2021, Judge Dzmitry Astapenka sentenced Niadbaila to eight years in a medium-security penal colony.
