Marek Siradze was accused of participating in the riots in Brest on August 10, 2020 (Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code).

Siradze was initially detained on September 9. He was then released but remained under travel restrictions. On February 26, 2021, he was detained again and remanded in pre-trial detention center No. 7.
