Yury Minin was detained on March 18, 2023 for comments in Telegram chats, which he allegedly made in 2020.
A criminal case under Article 130 of the Criminal Code (incitement to hatred) was opened against Yury.
On September 12, 2023, the KGB added Yuryi to the "terrorist list".
On October 10, 2023, a hearing on Yury's case was held in the Hrodna Court. Judge Mikalai Rachynski's verdict is still unknown.
