Ivan Yanchanka was convicted of ‘inciting hatred’ under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code in the Zeltser case. In conjunction with the punishment imposed by the court of the Čerykaŭ District Court in May 2021 (the Article is not known), the court sentenced Yanchanka to 3.5 years of imprisonment in a penal colony.
