Henadz Drazdou is an artist and a former head of the Pahonia creative community. He was detained in August 2022 and sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. It later became known that a criminal case was brought against Drazdou for his participation in the 2020 protests under Article 342 (‘Group actions grossly violate the public order’), which was later replaced by Part 1 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code (‘Supporting extremist activity’).
The trial of Henadz Drazdou was to be held on May 2, 2023, in the Minsk City Court.
