Eduard Kashetsian is a doctor and worked at the 4th city dental polyclinic.
He was arrested in September 2023 because of a chat room in which he and his friends discussed various events. Probably, his two friends - Uladzimir Alisievich and Andrei Valakhanovich - were arrested at the same time.
