Dzmitry Danilchyk was arrested in Slonim in August 2023 and initially detained for 15 days. Subsequently, a criminal case was initiated.
He was charged under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code and Article 369 of the Criminal Code. Dzmitry was sentenced to two years' imprisonment and a fine of 100 basic units. The phone was confiscated by the state. The case was considered by Judge Siarhei Siomukha.
