Anton Charamnykh is a lieutenant colonel and deputy commander of the 310th artillery group for ideological work of the 120th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade. He was charged with "treason against the state by a person covered by the status of a serviceman" (Part 2 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code) and "incitement to hatred" (Part 3 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code).
Judge Siarhei Katser began to consider his case in closed session at the Minsk City Court on February 15, 2024.
