Andrei Stsepankou is a resident of the Rahačoŭ district. He was detained under Articles 368, 369, and 391 of the Criminal Code and remanded in pre-trial detention center No. 3 in Homieĺ.
On September 1, 2022, the verdict was pronounced: the political prisoner was found guilty and sentenced to 2.5 months in a general-security penal colony.
