Siarhei Housha was sentenced to two years in a penal colony (finally, taking into account some previous convictions, three years in a penal colony). On January 24, 2023, he was convicted under Article 365 of the Criminal Code (interference in the activity of a police officer). The case was then considered in the Brest Regional Court by Judge Mikalai Hryharovich.

On August 28, 2024, the Biaroza District Court passed a sentence under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (active participation in actions that grossly violate public order). Ihar Shymanchyk, Aliaksandr Malkou, Siarhei Skrobat and Siarhei Housha were sentenced to one to two years in prison for participating in the protest on the night of August 10-11, 2020 in Biaroza. The sentence was handed down by Judge Dzmitry Kavalevich.
