Andrei Lapatsin was detained in early May 2023, when he came to make a money transfer to his brother Maksim Lapatsin, who was detained under the Machulishchy case.
Andrei was detained under the same case of sabotage in Machulishchy and charged under Art. 289 of the Criminal Code (An act of terrorism).
