Labada's trial begins on October 31, 2024 in Minsk City Court. He is accused of “insulting a government official” (Article 369 of the Criminal Code) and “financing extremist activities” (Parts 1 and 2 of Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code). He will be tried by Judge Aliaksandr Rudenka.
