Aliaksei Kulikou is a citizen of the Russian Federation. He was arrested on February 26, 2023. According to the KGB version, Aliaksei took photos of the objects in Hrodna for "Ukrainian special services" - military commissariat of Hrodna and Hrodna district, military unit 41780, oil depot of Auls district, oil depot of Dzievyatouka district, Consulate General of the Russian Federation. Kulikou was charged under Part 2 of Article 289 (act of terrorism) and Part 2 of Article 126 (act of international terrorism) of the Criminal Code.


On February 26, 2024, the Hrodna Regional Court began the trial on the "Case of preparation of sabotage in Hrodna", in which the Belarusian Vadzim Patsenka and the citizen of the Russian Federation Aliaksei Kulikou were tried.
