Anatol Tseptsikau is 59 years old. He is from Svietlahorsk, Homieĺ region. He was detained on October 25, 2022, in Babrujsk, for drinking alcohol in a public place. While in the police duty room at the railway station, he insulted Lukashenka verbally several times.
On January 23, 2023, in the Babrujsk City and District Court, Tseptsikau was convicted under Part 1 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code ('Insulting the president of Belarus'). Judge Anton Dudal sentenced him to 24 months of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
