Aliaksandr Sudnikovich was detained at the Belarusian-Lithuanian border in late May, along with another Belarusian citizen. One of them was on the international wanted list and was trying to enter Lithuania illegally to avoid criminal charges, while the other was a driver.
Aliaksandr is charged with insulting Lukashenka, insulting a government official, participating in an extremist formation, and inciting social enmity or discord under Articles 368, 369, 361-1, and 130 of the Criminal Code.
