On December 4, 2023, Aliaksandr Piskunou was convicted under the following articles of the Criminal Code: Article 369 (insulting a government official), Article 368 (insulting Lukashenka), Article 366 (threatening a public official or another person performing a public duty), Article 130 (inciting discord or enmity), Article 367 (slandering Lukashenka). His case was considered by the Hrodna Regional Court.
The outcome of the trial is unknown, but Aliaksandr has already begun serving his sentence.
On February 16, 2024, he was added to the "list of extremists" by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
