Aliaksandr Yashkin was charged under five articles of the Criminal Code: Part 1 and Part 2 of article 367 (slander against Lukashenka); Article 361-2 (financing the activities of an extremist group); Part 1 of Article 130 (incitement to racial, national, religious or other social hatred); Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 368 (insulting Lukashenka); Part 1 of Article 342 (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).
According to @Grodno_grab, Yashkin was arrested in May 2023.
On January 4, 2024, Judge Valery Ramanouski passed a sentence — four years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
On December 20, Yashkin was added to the list of persons involved in terrorist activities.
