Volha Stabrouskaya stands accused of allegedly insulting Aliaksandr Lukashenka, under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code. Recently, Volha's health has deteriorated, and she has been classified as third-group disabled. 

The Orša District Court judge, Yuliya Viarshynina, found Stabrouskaya guilty and sentenced her to one year and three months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony. The sentence was passed on September 27, 2023.

On December 22, 2023, she was included in the list of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.

On August 20, 2024, she was released on pardon.
