Volha Mankievich
Volha Mankievich from Baranavičy has lived in Andorra for many years. In 2020, she wrote protest comments on social media and occasionally came to Belarus. She was detained on 22 August 2022 at the train station upon her return to the country and charged with insulting Lukashenka.
On 21 September 2022, it became known that Volha was released from the detention center and left Belarus.
