- Article 358-1 of the Criminal Code — Agent activity

Viachaslau Barodzii was charged with the following crimes:
- Part 2 of Article 371-1 (organizing illegal migration);
- Part 4 of Article 295 (unlawful acts concerning firearms, ammunition and explosives);
- Article 358-1 (acting as an undercover agent);
- Part 3 of Article 333-1 (illegal transportation of firearms, ammunition and other types of weapons and military equipment across the state border of Belarus);
- Part 3 of Article 371 (illegal crossing of the state border of the Republic of Belarus).
The State Security Committee reported that it had arrested six people in Belarus on charges of cooperation with the "Security Service of Ukraine" and "preparation of terrorist acts".
On December 2, 2024, Judge Yauhen Sharshniou sentenced Barodzii to 10 years' imprisonment. He also imposed a fine of 550 basic units. The trial was held in closed session on October 15.
