Viktoryia Hancharova was detained on November 22, 2021 at her workplace.

According to preliminary information, she was identified by a photo of protesters at the rally on September, 20, 2020, published in the media.

Viktoryia was charged under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code ("Group actions grossly violating public order").

On 26 April 2022 the Lieninski District Court of Minsk held a trial.Viktoryia Hancharova was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code: in addition to Article 342, she was also tried under Article 341 (desecration of buildings and damage to property). Judge Tatsiana Shotsik found Viktoryia guilty and sentenced her to two years of hone confinement. The girl was released in the courtroom.
