Vasil Kamkar, 26, was charged with ‘organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them’ under part 1 of article 342.
The trial was presided over by Judge Anastasiya Osipchyk.
It is known that before the trial the defendant had been in custody since August 24, 2021.
On November 25, 2021, the Zavodski District Court of Minsk found Vasil Kamkar guilty and sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom in an open-type penal facility.
