Vasil Tsialenchanka was detained on December 8, 2021, in a criminal case on group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

He was held in pre-trial detention center.

On April 12, 2022, Maskoŭski District Court of Minsk passed a verdict in the criminal case of Vasil Tsialenchanka. The prosecution requested three years of restricted freedom in an open-type facility. Judge Siarhei Katser sustained the request. Vasil was released awaiting the commencement of the sentence.

The man is currently outside of Belarus.
