Vadzim Usoski was arrested on January 25, 2022, in a criminal case on group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

On May 13, 2022, a Centraĺny District Court of Minsk Judge Dzmitry Karsiuk found Vadzim guilty and sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
