Vadzim Huseu was serving his sentence in an open-type correctional facility under Article 328 of the Criminal Code. His sentence was changed from restricted freedom to imprisonment (10 months and seven days).
During his confinement in the open-type correctional facility, Huseu made "insulting" remarks about officials, resulting in his conviction under Article 369 of the Criminal Code. He was sentenced to one year and three months of imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony.
