According to the prosecution, on October 25, 2020, Vadzim Tsykunou produced two Molotov cocktails and threw them into a cigarette kiosk, thereby causing damage in the amount of 26 rubles (about 10 USD). The man was detained at the end of November 2020.
Vadzim Tsykunou was sentenced to three years and six months in a high security prison under Art. 295-1 and Part 3 of Art. 339 of the Criminal Code.
