Ulyana Meliukh was convicted under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code. On November 24, 2023, Judge Alena Zhyvitsa considered the case. Ulyana was convicted for participating in the Unity March on September 6, 2020, where she and other citizens carried a large white-red-white flag. She was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of home confinement and released from custody immediately after the verdict was announced.

      She was added to the list of individuals involved in extremist activities, including Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens, and stateless persons.
