Uladzislau Harbuzau was convicted under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official). On August 24-25, the case was considered by Judge Dzmitry Lukashevich. The sentence was 1 year and 6 months of "house arrest".

Uladzislau was released from custody after the verdict was announced.
