Uladzislau Martsinovich is a 4th year student of the Belarusian State Medical University, administrator of the Telegram channel "Belye Khalaty" ("White Coats"). He was detained on November 19, 2020. Uladzislau was charged under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (group actions grossly violating public order).

On November 15, 2021, Uladzislau Martsinovich was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony for “calls for actions aimed at harming the national security of the Republic of Belarus” (Part 3 of Art. 361 of the Criminal Code).
