Uladzislau Dubrouski was arrested on December 5, 2022. At first, he was arrested for 15 days under Article 24.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. When in custody, charges were brought against him under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of Belarus ('Organization and preparation of actions grossly disrupting public order or active participation in them'). Photos of the 2020 protest marches in Minsk were found in his cell phone.
On March 27, 2023, in the Zavodski District Court of Minsk, Judge Anastasiya Osipchyk sentenced Uladzislau Dubrouski to 24 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
He is now in the remand prison in Mahilioŭ. The review of his appeal against the court verdict is scheduled for June 20, 2023.
