Uladzislau Buryn, a resident of Baranavičy, was convicted in a criminal case of incitement of social enmity (Article 130 of the Criminal Code).

According to the indictment, from September 20 to 27, 2020, the man posted 13 messages in the Telegram group that published the wrongdoings of the police and officials, in which he "negatively assessed" and "encouraged illegal criminal actions" against police officers, military personnel, civil servants and their families.

Uladzislau has been in custody since 8 February 2021. In June, the Brest Region Court sentenced Buryn to four years of imprisonment.
